Job Description
- Map the creator landscape and identify gaps and opportunities for content growth on TikTok
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creators, identify key issues and solve them with relevant teams
- Design and launch strategic creator programs to ensure the success of our creators on the platform, empowering creators on their TikTok journey
- Contribute to new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the community
- Able to manage a workstream independently. Able to troubleshoot issues, foresee possible issues proactively, and propose solutions by applying knowledge and experience. Explore new methodologies and propose process change.
- Establish, manage, analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around creator performance into strategic insights that drive account growth
