Job Description
- Responsible for building the overall growth strategy for the region, including platform matchmaking for creators and clients, by extensively leveraging insights, analytics and cross-functional input
- Identify opportunities on both supply (creators) and demand (clients), design and lead programs and executing campaigns to grow both supply, demand, key metrics on the platform, optimize funnel and enhance product adoption
- Optimize channel yield through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign design
- Drive alignment and project execution among key stakeholders, including product, marketing, data science and product marketing. Hold each team accountable for delivering results together
