• Ensure work standard and profit target is being achieved
• Manage restaurant operations, monitor progress report weekly/monthly/annually and aim to achieve or exceed target
• Initiate, produce and track promotional offers with the marketing manager
• Monitor and ensure proper stock and inventory, develop relationships, with external suppliers
• Implements, Food Hygiene Regulations, Brand Standards, Health & Safety at the premises and ensures equipment is maintained, cleanliness of the store, speed of service etc.
• Oversee all company human resources policies and procedures in all stores and ensures that operations staff and management meet all standards for training, performance, appearance and service provision to ensure quality service and work standard is being observed in the store
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Lebanese nationals
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hotel & Restaurant Management or any relevant field
• At least 9 years’ experience in F&B or hospitality industry; 3 years as Operations Manager; and 6 years as Restaurant Manager
• Must have solid understanding of business accounting/finance
• With strong track record of success in food service industry, preferably QSR categories
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
