BMS Technician

• Responsible in devising and implementing effective maintenance program in the laboratory, site locations and company accommodation
• Shall organize routine checks of all equipment’s and machinery at relevant in laboratory and sites.
• Ensure Health and Safety statutory requirements are carried out in order that the premises comply with its obligations.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Work within expense limits established and as required for on-call maintenance emergency.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the "Preventive Maintenance Program".
• Coordinate special projects or job request by the different department as directed by the HSE In-Charge.
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Complete grounds work as directed by HSE In-Charge which may include picking up trash and proper arrangement of work area inside the laboratory.
• Responsible for alerting the HSE In-Charge of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

Requirements

- Diploma or ITI in relevant field

- Min 2 years work experience as BM Technician

- Prefer applicants who can join immediately
