- Skills & Experience: .
Minimum 5-9yrs of experience in Functional & Technical expertise on Recruitment. .
working experience with in XML, HTML, fast formulas, OBIEE, HCM & Data Migration/HDL
- .
Good experience on Fusion HCM Offerings: Oracle fusion Core HR,Oracle Recruiting Cloud & security. .
- Knowledge of configuring multiple career sites, Alerts, triggers, Questionnaire library, Requisition templates, agency setup & Offer letter templates
- .
Excellent experience in Data loading into Fusion HCM using HCM Data Loader Tool and HCM Design Studio .
Solid functional background on HCM business process mapping, gap analysis, CRP, functional specifications, set ups, personalization, User manual preparation
- .
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects & create Solution Design for Recruiting Module in compliance.
- .
System config in accordance with Solution Design & Config Workbook / Business Blueprint .
Knowledge on both Inbound & Outbound interfaces using HCM Extract, BI publisher & Data Modelling .
Bachelor's degree in CS
