Assist in monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers and preparing meeting documents for meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Use appropriate computer applications in business to gather, analyse and present information, including databases, networks and intranets (includes Powerpoint, Factiva, industry-related databases)
Assist in managing proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
Assist in generating new leads, identifying and contacting decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Coordinating and working with various functions/departments to develop and deliver various training materials
Assist in running and leading strategic events/seminars/webinars, including working with internal teams and external vendors
Other duties:
Be a brand ambassador and ensure brand compliance in collaterals, including business proposals.
Assist in preparation for seminars and workshops on new and revised accounting standards for companies.
