الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers and preparing meeting documents for meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Use appropriate computer applications in business to gather, analyse and present information, including databases, networks and intranets (includes Powerpoint, Factiva, industry-related databases)
- Assist in managing proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Assist in generating new leads, identifying and contacting decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Coordinating and working with various functions/departments to develop and deliver various training materials
- Assist in running and leading strategic events/seminars/webinars, including working with internal teams and external vendors
- Other duties:
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure brand compliance in collaterals, including business proposals.
- Assist in preparation for seminars and workshops on new and revised accounting standards for companies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
