Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, offer management, and onboarding requirements.
Work closely with internal hiring managers and leaders, understanding their requirements across different levels and capabilities within the firm.
Organize and conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation, offer discussion, collecting pre-employment requirements, assisting on the onboarding while maintaining good professional relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Design and implement results-driven talent strategies for recruiting research, talent mapping, and market intelligence
Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
Manage candidate tracking system, and update 201 filing system
Assist in facilitating recruitment marketing and events.
Provide accurate reports on recruitment status and activities
