- Experienced in debt recovery/ recovering the outstanding payments
- Confident, energetic and self-motivated;
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- The ability to build up relationships and build rapport over the phone ,
- Hard working, proactive and having good customer service skills.
- Willingness to be trained and to work in a team.
