Demand Planning and S&OP

• Owns the Demand planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that it happens on a timely basis and all parties are compliant with the process.
• Partner with the commercial teams to understand and drive key requirements along with timely visibility of opportunities and risks enabling timely decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end planning of the entire Kellogg's portfolio across a select number of markets.
• Manage the day to day relationship with the distributors from a planning point of view.
• Responsible for delivering orders on time, forecast accuracy, OTIF and KSOP KPIs.
• Improve IBP processes and practise as per the regional guidelines & standards.

Supply & Initiative Planning

• Owns the Supply cycle, coordinating with different sourcing sites ensuring best in class service to all customers.
• Make priority calls in case of capacity limitations at sourcing sites.
• Ensuring no distributor is OOS or carrying high inventory to avoid shelf life liquidation and/or expiries.
• Responsible for delivery of all initiatives for the select number of markets from a supply chain point of view via close coordination with commercial teams.
• Support Initiative Management process with validation on forecast & coordinate the product launch while working closely with multi-functional teams.
• Work closely with regulatory manager and logistics on all legal pre-requisites (registration & inspections).
