Analytics Sr. Specialist SSC

• Get to work on challenging business problems - where to grow next, how is a strategic initiative

performing and how to turnaround an initiative etc

• Work directly with product and business stakeholders to translate questions and hypotheses into

structured analysis

• Provide core set of reports, enable self-service reporting, and contribute to business workflow

optimization.

• Create complex, visually appealing, and interactive dashboards/scorecards/reports using Excel,

SQL, Tableau and other reporting/analytics tools to support business processes, including related
trends, and projections

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying dashboards and report solutions in Tableau
• Design data extractions and manipulations to support production and ad-hoc analyses and

reports

• Develop and maintain code to extract data from existing data warehouse and to build new data

models along with the technical documentation.

• Work with central BI team to design and build effective data models, reporting and documentation
• Provides support and training to business teams as necessary
