Job Description

Education: Identify partner knowledge gaps, lead creation of vendor training material and programs using different mediums, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training

Communication: Streamline and standardize vendor communication processes across market, find creative ways to use communications to drive engagement, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of communications and optimize performance per channel.

Insights: Continuously gather partner feedback through interviews, surveys, field research, and data, Share insights cross functionally to drive the mindset and create direction for “winning vendors hearts” across the organization
Daily Activities:
- Finding scalable solutions and tools to educate vendors and drive adoption of self-service tools
- Working with different cross functional teams to gather updates, or gather content for vendor education
- Building processes from scratch (a lot of the areas this specialist covers have not been previously worked on)
- Stakeholder management and reliance on other functions to get work done (Most of the work for vendor engagement is fully reliant on other functions, i.e. content creation for university, or gathering updates for each function)
- Conducting vendor interviews and surveys on various topic, and presenting feedback to stakeholders
- Looking at data on self-service adoption, and communications engagement, and making recommendations for improvement accordingly
