Housing Manager i/c Colleague Services
The main purpose of this role is to manage the administration, security, maintenance of our Colleague's Accommodation, coordinate and monitor cafeteria & transportation and to take part in all Engagement Activities for colleagues.

What you will be doing:
- To set up the Accommodation for pre-opening, to provide various facilities and services and to add value to Colleague's benefits and activities.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety and standards of our Colleague's Accommodation.
- Responsible to supervise Cafeteria, food quality, quantity, selection, festivities etc.
- To lead and organize engagement activities to ensure optimum colleague's satisfaction
- Be able to multi-task in other T&C tasks and assignments
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have proven track record in similar job role for a 5 Star Hotel in UAE.
- Pre-opening experience would be advantageous
- Should have valid UAE Driving License.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.
- Should have eye to detail in order to add value to continuous improvement of the department processes and goals.
