- Position br To maintain all refrigeration Heating Ventilation amp Air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition in all areas of the hotel by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance Ensure all stocks and spares are well maintained and ordered Carry out all maintenance works as directed by the Director of Engineering br KEY ROLES amp RESPONSIBILITIES br Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following - br Reports to the Duty Engineer Supervisor regarding daily work progress and work order completion br Attains all A C complaint reports on daily basis Guest room trouble is given priority br Works closely with Duty Engineer Supervisor and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program br Follows all safety rules and regulations in job departmental procedures and instructions br Carries out all other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor
