Art Director

• Be the primary link between the studio s graphics team and work with Producer and Creative Manager to establish a clear artistic vision for the game.

• Enrich the vision of the game and set the art vision to create unique worlds.

• Define the visual identity of the game;

• Create diverse, innovative and functional art style for the game,

• Oversee art hiring, development and resourcing;

• Review and validate the assets;

• Ensure that the visual elements are believable and consistent with the game vision.

• Lead multiple art disciplines, including UI and Marketing asset creation.

• Oversee, training, and development of the art team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Track record of at least 3 major mobile games with one 3D title as an Art Director or team lead; variety of genres is a plus;

• Experience in working with both in-house and outsourcing/external art teams;

• Must have completed one full production cycle on a game from beginning to end

• Experienced in IP creation and Artistic Pillars for the game.

• Must have worked using Unity and experienced in developing pipeline
