Production Supervisor

Ensure Compliance of Safe Operations at the Production Facilities. Ensures subordinates and contractors are fully aware and adhere to Company’s HSE programme, procedures, standards and systems.

Carries out safety audit of the plant on weekly basis for any unsafe situation. Conducts regular safety meetings with subordinates

Ensures that latest versions of all required operating procedures, check list and manuals are available in LCR and all previous versions are removed.

Responsible for implementation and maintenance of work permit system during his job rotation, reviews PTW and attend daily permit meetings.

Ensure use of personnel protective in the processing facilities. Ensures regular inspection and checks through routine checks schedule.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

B.Sc Degree or equivalent in Petroleum/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Off-shore oilfield production / processing operations environment with 2 years supervisory position and computer operations knowledge.

Good knowledge of spoken and written the English Language.
