Transport Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Transport Supervisor to oversee the company’s transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all vehicle-related activities, including maintaining vehicle safety and compliance, scheduling staff trips, and ensuring timely transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles and ensure all are maintained in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage trip schedules for staff, ensuring efficient routing and timely departures and arrivals.
• Coordinate with drivers and staff to communicate transportation needs and address any issues that arise during transit.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance records to optimize operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and driver conduct.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any issues to management.
• Train and supervise transportation staff, providing guidance on safety protocols and best practices.
• Handle any transport-related emergencies or incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Proven experience in transportation management or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
