Employee Development train/guide/motivate your team members to achieve highest quality and standards are metPlan and conduct on and off job training on monthly basis in order to achieve service standards and knowledge of staffHandle all financially related decisions of the outlet. In charge of the cash float, booking transactional deposits, voiding of cash transactions when required
