Head Marketplace

Our client is looking for a smart, team-oriented, highly analytical leader to join as Head of Marketplace,helping build our Marketplace vertical in Egypt.

Your core role would be to set up the vision &roadmap for the marketplace, set up the team & establish internal processes. Drive the vertical fromthree to thirty percent of the business.

. You will be responsible for recruiting/sales pipelines, driving thefinancial performance, growth, seller experience, and customer experience of the Marketplace.In this role, you will manage business strategy & an annual revenue target while you drive thousandsof new Seller launches.

You will be responsible for:? P&L management? Business Planning? Business Operations? Goal setting on your team and alignment with stakeholders ( product & strategy)? Working cross-functionally with retail, category, marketing, product, sales, BI, and PR todeliver high quality channel management and programs?

Continually raise the bar on your teams and amongst your peers Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement of all channels to understand what isworking and what needs improvement across channels?

Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual resource planning? Identify stakeholder needs and implement ruthless prioritization? Inventing on behalf of our Third Party Partners to unlock additional growth opportunities
