Job Description
- 1 Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner 2 Ascertains their dining lodging needs 3 Seats guests and manage the seating chart 4 Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow 5 Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner 6 Performs opening and closing duties as needed 7 Assists others with side work including but not limited to cleaning stocking folding silverware etc 8 Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships 9 Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists 10 Managing reservations by phonecalls and sms
