Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system
Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone
Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company s system
Maintenance of the business software applications
Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots and evaluates existing and new operating systems
Directs technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting systems related to failures and performing system management and determines logical solutions
Hear and understand speech at a normal level and on the phone. Had the clear ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or related experience are required
At least one year of experience supporting end users providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues for all known operating systems.
Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues
Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
Organized and systematic Other Skills and competences
General Knowledge about maintaining and troubleshooting servers
