Job Description

Housing Attendant (Talent & Culture)

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex administrative duties to support your team. You ensure smooth and efficient running of the employee housing, as part of the Talent & Culture Division

What you will be doing:
• To update the Talent & Culture on daily basis on activities and issues in the staff accommodation
• Update Follow Up list for Maintenance Requests
• To receive new arrivals, and prepare their respective accommodation with the standard welcome pack. To inform apartment occupants of new arrivals.
• To conduct regular inventories in the public areas of the compound, and specific inventories for resigned/terminated employees before approving the Exit Clearance.
• To establish and monitor periodic pest control system.

Your experience and skills include:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Highly organized
