Job Description
Direct and coordinate all human resource activities
Handle the integration of HR post-merger
Lead and build up the HR department
Develop organizational objectives and strategies
Introduce new HR process development
Set up policies and communicate them to the employees
Establish efficient testing and interviewing procedures
Manage administrative HR related issues
Develop HR training programs
Advise in questions of labor law and detect legal requirements
Monitor and support high performance of employees
Support management by providing HR related advice.
