ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Assistant must provide support to the Accounts Department.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Follow up with clients for payments.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess1-2 years of experience in accounting
• Should have aB. Com or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Candidate must beimmediately available to join; Visit Visa preferred
• Strong communication skills in English is mandatory
• Knowledge / experience in SAP is preferred
• Candidatesresiding in Ras Al Khaimahrequired
