You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced and detailoriented Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the CFO and group companies to prepare tenders proposals and manage the cost estimation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a keen understanding of project costs contracts and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the CFO and senior management to develop and prepare tenders and proposals for construction projects.
Conduct detailed cost estimation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
Collaborate with various group companies to gather project data and prepare accurate and competitive bids.
Review project designs specifications and documentation to ensure accurate pricing and compliance.
Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring that costs are within allocated limits.
Provide regular reports on cost management forecasting and tendering activities.
Assist in the negotiation and preparation of contracts with clients and suppliers.
Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.
Advise on value engineering costsaving measures and potential risks.
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions contracts and variations.
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with a focus on construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts tendering processes and cost estimation.
Proficiency in using Quantity Surveying software and tools.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative teamoriented environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost estimation.
