Were Hiring: Production Manager UAE (Building Materials Industry)
Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity in the building materials industry Our client a leading manufacturer in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their production operations and drive efficiency quality and safety in their facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency safety and quality standards are met.
- Lead and develop production teams ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
- Manage QA & QC processes minimizing rework and reject rates.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC with a supervisory role in the Readymix Industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ReadyMix Concrete (RMX) production operations.
Leadership & Behavioral Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in analysis reporting and problemsolving
Other Requirements: A valid UAE Drivers License is a must.
