Job Description
Whats On Your Plate
- Project Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of real estate construction and maintenance projects for cloud kitchens.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth .
- Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets timelines and mitigate risks.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations building codes and highquality standards.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of existing cloud kitchens ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Real Estate or related field.
- Experience: 5 years in project management with experience in real estate construction or maintenance (foodservice or hospitality preferred).
- Strong project management communication and leadership skills.
- Indepth knowledge of local building codes regulations and safety standards in the UAE Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings for construction and design purposes.
- Skilled in utilizing GANTT charts for project scheduling and tracking.
- Experience with project trackers (e.g. Excel Google Sheets or specialized software) to manage project progress and deliverables.
- Experience managing contractors and vendors in the UAE Saudi Arabia or other MENA markets.
