Black & Grey HR is hiring a BIM Structural Engineer for one of the leading construction company. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up BIM frameworks ensuring structural design accuracy and maintaining compliance with industry standards throughout project .
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage BIM file structures in line with project plans and industry standards.
Develop and review structural designs to meet project requirements regulations and budget constraints.
Analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Create detailed BIM models and produce structured construction drawings for different project phases.
Review structural IFC drawings detect discrepancies and report to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of structural shop drawings and ensure consistency with best practices.
Develop standardized structural detail manuals for improved efficiency across projects.
Provide onsite technical support and assess mockups for design accuracy.
Assist project teams with technical documentation and submittals.
Participate in selecting design consultants for designbuild projects.
Monitor project costs and implement costcontrol measures.
Continuously improve workflows and business processes for enhanced efficiency.
Lead and manage teams to optimize resources and achieve organizational goals.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Design
58 years of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry
Proficiency in BIM modeling structural analysis and compliance with international standards
Strong knowledge of Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and other BIMrelated tools
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Effective project management and leadership capabilities
Adaptability and flexibility to meet project demands
Experience in cost control and process improvement within structural engineering projects.
