Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detailoriented Administrative professional to join our team. The role is key within our organization and serves as the backbone for our everyday operations. Proficiency with administrative tasks managing schedules organizing files and facilitating communications within teams is vital for this role.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this administrative role is to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. The incumbent will handle a variety of responsibilities including managing schedules organizing files facilitating communication within the team and tackling any problems that might impede these processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for the team ensuring smooth operating procedures.
  • Organize files and documents maintaining a high level of order and accessibility.
  • Facilitate communication within the team serving as a key point of contact and collaborator.
  • Address and solve any issues that arise within the administrative processes leveraging problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities prioritizing tasks and projects effectively.
  • Master office software to ensure proficiency and efficiency in administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong skills in managing schedules and organizing files.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software including word processing spreadsheets and email platforms.
  • Effective problemsolving skills.
