Job Description
SAP ISU Device Management / AMI Functional Consultant
- Indepth knowledge of SAP ISU Device Management functionalities and integration with other SAP ISU modules
- Prior experience in implementation projects
- System configuration for Metering activities Meter reading functions EDM AMI and related integrations as per business requirements
- Understanding the business requirement and map it in system
- Coordination with other modules team members and thirdparty application vendors for integration
- Identify opportunities for Automation and implement the same
- Guide technical team w.r.t. development or modification in existing functionality as per business requirements
- Resolve day to day queries of end users
- Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing and document the functional specifications
- Follow ITIL standard for application management support
ISU CRM CX
- Indepth knowledge of ISU CRM and CX
- Good Experience in CX Service
- Done end to end implementation
- Good experience in Utilities.
