Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise Consulting is an industryleading Staffing and Recruitment Firm. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies highgrowth startup companies government and private equity firms and lead professional service firms. Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services we are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of successful recruiting experience for the GCC or North America region. The successful candidate must be selfmotivated and supports our mission shares our values and embraces our company culture.
Work Type: Onsite
Work Hours: 48 hours / week (alternating Saturday and Sunday shift)
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai UAE
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment cycle recruit and build relationships with clients nationwide.
- Qualify present and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client including candidate personality work experience skillset references and other applicable information.
- Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
- Creating job descriptions and posting them on online job boards and recruitment databases
- Targeted searches and sourcing using various tools and job boards (LinkedIn Indeed NaukriGulf Zoho)
- Reporting daily on recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess 2 years experience with recruiting in the GCC or North American areas with various industries.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field required.
