Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Listing Supervisor to manage and oversee property listings. This role involves supervising a team ensuring accurate property details and maintaining highquality listings. Responsibilities include coordinating with agents conducting market analysis and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation update and removal of property listings.
- Supervise and guide listing agents and assistants.
- Ensure listings are accurate compliant and visually appealing.
- Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing.
- Communicate with sellers to provide updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with knowledge of real estate markets.
