Job Title: Project Manager Digital Transformation
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. This is a 12month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend project management of the CC&B systems merger including planning monitoring and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and customer service to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance project team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation projects preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
- Excellent project management skills including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the Middle East particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the region.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
