We re recruiting a Project Engineer for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive construction schedules using tools like Primavera P6 MS Project or equivalent
- Break down the project into phases activities
- Ensure alignment of the construction schedule with project objectives design deliverables and resource availability
- Plan and allocate resources (labor materials equipment) efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor construction progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations
- Prepare regular progress reports including critical path analysis delays and mitigation strategies
- Identify potential risks and delays in the construction process
- Work closely with project managers architects contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless
- Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for construction activities
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field is required. A Master s degree is an advantage
- Experience: A minimum of 57 years of experience in construction planning ideally for highrise buildings ranging from 16 to 20 floors
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Expertise: Indepth understanding of construction methodologies materials and processes
- Certifications: PMP PMISP or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
