Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative Urbansim Planning Studio in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling designs across various platforms and mediums.
- Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion ensuring highquality deliverables that meet brand guidelines and client objectives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns digital platforms and print materials
- Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team
- Create and maintain brand identity systems including logos color palettes and typography guidelines
- Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and mobile applications focusing on user experience and visual appeal
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms and presentations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes
- Present design concepts and rationales to clients and stakeholders incorporating feedback effectively
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
- 8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design principles
- Experience in brand identity development and implementation across various mediums
- Proficiency in both digital and print design with knowledge of production processes
- Solid skills in UI design and creating usercentered visual experiences
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior designers
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Uptodate knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for tackling diverse design challenges
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
