About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a robust business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as the Management Accountant for our corporate entities. In this pivotal role you will contribute to operational excellence offering subject matter expertise and strategic financial guidance for our corporate entities.
As the Management Accountant you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in various financial aspects including the preparation of monthly management accounts drafting annual financial statements overseeing supplier payments managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance conducting reconciliations addressing ad hoc financial requirements and collaborating on automation initiatives.
What Youll be Doing
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Drafting annual financial statements
Assisting the Finance Manager in the external audit management process
Oversight of all supplier payments
Assisting the Finance Manager in cash flow management
Management of secretarial services ensuring tax and regulatory compliance
Conducting various monthly and daily reconciliations across different ledgers
Addressing ad hoc requirements and providing financial information on an asneeded basis
Preparation of UAE VATcompliant sales invoices
Collaborating with the Finance Manager on various automation initiatives
Supporting the Finance Manager in contract negotiations
Revamping the payable function
Assisting the Finance Manager in ensuring the timely processing of payroll
What You will need for this position
More than 3 years of progressive experience in finance
CA ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in working with multinational companies across multiple regions is advantageous
Key Metrics
Meeting reporting deadlines
Creating dynamic reports
Compliance

Directly reporting to our Finance Manager and closely working with our FinanceTeam.
