HSE Coordinator
Job Description
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees contractors and other stakeholders fostering a culture of safety health and environmental awareness throughout the organization.
- Provide food safety trainings to culinary team members and those who are dealing with food services.
- Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities equipment to identify noncompliance issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HSE performance data preparing reports and presenting key findings to management to drive continuous improvement and corrective action.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including maintenance operations and management to promote a cohesive HSE approach across the organization. Communicate HSE initiatives goals and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly dashboards for all audits conducted in the month and share in Management meetings
Qualifications :
Skills
- Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science
- Relevant certifications in HSE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HSE roles within the Hospitality industry or related fields.
- Qualified auditor and fully aware of audit techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey HSE concepts and requirements clearly to a diverse audience.
- Meticulous attention to detail to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Proficient in using HSE software Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve shared HSE objectives.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
