Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring Process
- Responsible for endtoend of the hiring process of candidates on the consulting track and the management functions.
- Set up and manage interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- When required coordinate set up for candidates interviewing remotely including video conference and liaising with other RB offices.
- Responsible for set up and of interview days including booking of interview rooms creating candidate & interviewer booklets welcoming candidates setting up online tests and creating reports during candidate review.
Recruiting Administration
- Support the development of recruiting pipeline.
- Support in the formulated hiring plan and execute it by working with other team members.
- Manage RB specific recruiting database jointly with the wider HR team.
- Update and track candidate status on RB Specific Recruiting systems and internal files.
- Capture and track RB recruiting commitments by the leadership in the database.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized toptier university.
- Ideally 1 2 years work experience ideally in a recruiting position in a professional services environment university or business school.
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook PowerPoint Excel).
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in managing candidate database desired.
- Selfinitiative cando mentality proactive combined with high quality standards.
- Team skills and competent and professional dealings with external contacts and RB coworkers.
- Perform effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise judgment and tact.
