Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our insurance sales department overseeing a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals Train and onboard new sales team members providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the insurance market to ensure our products remain competitive Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address any inquiries or concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Fluency in English both written and verbal.
