Job Description

  • Works closely with the Culinary and F&B Service Manager for the  day to day administration and communication across the departments as well as the key focus of supporting the communication of information relating to all F&B functions across the hotel.
  • Assist in managing the quality & brand standards of products and service & guest satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain effective team collaboration
  • Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings as well as meeting & events planning meetings. 
  • To assist the department with payroll and admin tasks and reports at month end. 

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
