We are looking for a skilled and customerfocused Technical Support Specialist to provide IT support troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system operations. The ideal candidate should have strong problemsolving skills technical expertise and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone email or inperson.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment.
- Assist in system upgrades updates and security patches.
- Maintain IT documentation user manuals and support logs.
- Work with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Train employees on IT policies security protocols and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for ITrelated purchases and repairs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware software and cloudbased applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications like CompTIA A ITIL or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
