Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Feed Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely upload and management of data feeds from our providers. The successful candidate will work closely with operations compliance and IT teams to maintain the integrity and accessibility of critical data used to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Feed Management:
- Upload and validate data feeds from providers in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor automated data feed processes and address any errors or delays.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and liaise with providers to resolve issues.
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:
- Regularly audit data feeds to ensure completeness accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a log of data uploads issues and resolutions for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality control checks.
- System Maintenance and Improvement:
- Work with IT to update and maintain data upload systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation or process enhancements to streamline data feed management.
- Support system upgrades and test new functionalities related to data feeds.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for providers on data feedrelated matters.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure data aligns with business needs.
- Provide regular updates to management on data feed status and any issues encountered.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain process documentation for data feed management.
- Train team members on data feed protocols and troubleshooting techniques as needed.
