Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction renovation or maintenance projects and ensure smooth site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate with workers contractors and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Inspect materials equipment and work progress to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve onsite issues and delays promptly.
- Maintain and update site documentation reports and progress records.
- Manage labor schedules attendance and task assignments.
- Communicate project updates and concerns to management and clients.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies among workers.
- Ensure all work follows approved blueprints specifications and client requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a site supervisory role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.
- Experience in reading blueprints and project specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel) and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
