Job Description
Managing the daytoday operations of the business center and incubator
ensuring that all facilities resources and services are available to startups.
Ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
II. Managing and coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance including
cleaning repairs and upgrades by coordinating with the supervisors of the
business / coworking space.
III. Developing Implementing and Managing the incubator programs ensuring they
align with the needs of earlystage startups and entrepreneurs.
IV. Ensuring to conduct due diligence on startups evaluating their business models
market potential and scalability.
V. Managing and Developing the incubator budget including monitoring expenses
and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
VI. Designing and overseeing the training workshops and other resources focused
on key areas like business strategy product development marketing and
consulting and creating a curriculum of support services such as business
advisory financial management and legal assistance
VII. Coordinating and facilitating accelerator programs ensuring startups receive the
academic mentorship coaching and resources they need to grow with engaging
the Academy Manager.
