Roles and responsibilities
The Enterprise Architecture Toolset Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the tools used within the Enterprise Architecture department, with a primary focus on SAP LeanIX. This role ensures that the tools are up-to-date with the most recent information on our application portfolio. The manager will coordinate with various colleagues to gather and maintain accurate data, ensuring the tool's database reflects the current state of the application portfolio and reports built on top of the tool can be used effectively. Additionally, the role involves managing operations of other tools and artefacts across different platforms.
What you will do:
- Tool Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP LeanIX and other tools used in enterprise architecture.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the tools are consistently updated with the latest information on the application portfolio.
- Coordination: Engage with colleagues across departments to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into the application portfolio and tool usage.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to data management and tool usage.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the enterprise architecture tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the processes related to tool usage and data management.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- UAE national
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

- You will be reporting to Head of Solution Architecture
Desired candidate profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with the vendors and colleagues at all levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues to provide necessary information.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT literacy, especially in application portfolio management, cloud technologies, and other relevant areas.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.
- Experience in managing enterprise architecture tools, particularly SAP LeanIX.
- Certification in SAP LeanIX Practitioner Level 1/Level 2
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
