1. Basic Task Execution:

Responsibilities of a Helper:

Assisting with Basic Tasks:

- General Labor: Performing basic labor tasks like cleaning, sorting, moving objects, or preparing work areas.
- Running Errands: Taking care of small errands such as fetching supplies, delivering messages, or collecting items needed for the task at hand.

- Cleaning and Organizing: Ensuring the work environment is clean, organized, and free from hazards, particularly in fields like construction or healthcare.
- Safety Support: Helping to maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and assisting in the setup or removal of safety equipment.

Providing Support in Specialized Tasks:
- Assisting Skilled Workers: Supporting more skilled workers by providing them with tools, equipment, or materials as needed during the work process.
- Preparation of Materials: Preparing materials or setting up equipment for the main task or project.

Desired candidate profile
Ensure proper stock handling & assume full responsibilities and ownership of the loaded goods during delivery process and in warehouse. Complete assigned job and responsibilities at given timetable.

Operational accountabilities:
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, work ethics, discipline and maintain company assets.
- Takes ownership of company assets and goods to ensure that they are not duly exposed to risk and potential losses.
- Ability to work in vehicle/container offloading & loading (Inbound & Outbound activities).
Field Behaviour:
- Ensures that products are handled with due care during container offloading, binning and picking.
- Coordinates with superiors in case a problem arises during warehouse activity.
- Represents the company in a professional manner to maintain customer confidence & satisfaction.
