Job Description
Maintenance AgentTechnician
You perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
- Carry out preventive maintenance repair of all type of Kitchen equipments & Refrigeration work according to the standards and requirements.
- Carry out periodic inspection cleaning and equipment servicing.
- Carry out installation of new equipment perform repairs on leaks change equipment parts that have become old or defective.
- Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works.
- Perform daily inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment and perform engineering housekeeping work.
- Update daily maintenance log complete the work order forms & keep the work place clean tidy and well organized.
- Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and other departments.
- Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service.

What you will be doing:
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on propertys facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Diploma/ITI certification
