Key Responsibilities:
Regional Training Strategy:
Develop and drive regional training strategy aligning it with corporate goals brand standards and operational priorities.
Design a comprehensive training framework that encompasses onboarding technical skills guest service leadership development and compliance training across the region.
Program Development and Standardization:
Create standardized training modules that can be adapted for regional use while maintaining global consistency.
Ensure all training materials and programs reflect companies commitment to service excellence brand integrity and cuttingedge technology.
Regional Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with regional teams and Training Specialists to understand market specific needs and adapt programs accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams in implementing and delivering training fostering a unified training culture.
Leadership and Trainer Development:
Recruit mentor and manage a network of sitebased trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.
Develop training standards for trainers and create ongoing development programs to enhance their effectiveness and engagement.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
Oversee the delivery of key training programs including executive and leadershipdevelopment sessions.
Facilitate training sessions for critical programs and special initiatives both virtually and inperson as required.
Performance Measurement and ROI:
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs globally and ensure a return on investment.
Analyse training outcomes and make datadriven decisions to continuously improve the effectiveness of global programs.
Budget and Resource Management:
Oversee the regional training budget ensuring costeffective allocation of resources and alignment with company financial guidelines.
Manage resources including training tools materials and technology platforms to support efficient training delivery worldwide.
