Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers subcontractors and suppliers to track progress and address scheduling issues.
- Prepare and submit baseline schedules progress reports and lookahead programs.
- Analyze project delays identify critical paths and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in resource planning procurement scheduling and cost estimation.
- Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and work on contractual planning issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on KPIs progress tracking and project forecasting.
- Attend meetings with clients consultants and contractors to discuss project status and planning updates.
Key Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning with a strong focus on Data Centers and Shopping Malls projects.
- Proven experience working with main contracting companies in the UAE.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies resource allocation and cost control.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
