Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customerfriendly Shop & Drop Helpers to assist with shopping packing and delivering orders efficiently. This role involves helping customers instore picking and packing items and ensuring smooth doorstep deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopping & Customer Assistance
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to enhance the shopping experience.
Packing & Dropoff
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
- Organize and load deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers locations.
Stock & Store Support
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report any stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
Operational Efficiency
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with the team to optimize order fulfillment.
- Use storeprovided tools (scanners apps etc.) to track and complete tasks.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in retail delivery or warehouse operations is a plus.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of grocery/retail items.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry mediumweight packages.
Other: - Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting during shifts.
